Can we land at San Jose airport to reach our hotel? |

You may land at any of the three Bay Area airports – Norman Mineta San Jose International Airport, San Francisco International Airport or Oakland Airport. San Jose airport is the closest to Cupertino, our home base and to most of the grounds where the games are scheduled to be played. |

Will you pick us up at the airport or should we make our own transport arrangements? |

| A. |
Visiting teams are requested to make their own local transportation arrangements - from the airport to your hotel and to and from the grounds daily. |

Do we need to make any special arrangements if we arrive early on June 20th? |

| A. |
Hotel check in time is 2.00PM. It is however advisable to call the hotel a couple of days ahead of your trip and request earlier check-in if you desire one. |

Does our hotel accommodation include breakfast and dinner? |
|
| A. |
CCA shall provide hotel rooms (on a shared basis) to a team of 14 players and a coach. On game days, lunch will be provided by CCA. On June 21, we will be hosting a banquet in honor of all the teams. Teams are responsible for their breakfasts and dinners on all other days. |

Would CCA help parents and team managers find accommodation? |

| A. |
Manager and parents will have to make their own stay arrangement. The tournament committee is currently negotiating rates with a few hotels in close proximity to some of the main grounds. |

Will refreshments be provided by the USNJCT? |
|
| A. |
Playing teams will be provided refreshments during the course of every match. These will include cold water, juices and light snacks like crackers, fruits, etc. |

Do you have any check list prepared for the participating teams to help them plan for the visit and participation? |

Here is a list of things you may need to plan and be ready with (this is not a comprehensive list) |
